My piloting skills are improving....slowly
Hello again avid readers.
Yes, again it has been several months since I last posted anything on this blog.
Again many thoughts but little action. Until today.
Several months ago, I began a new hobby. That of Radio Control Helicopters!!
This is a fun hobby, but not for the faint hearted or walleted.
I have spent a good deal of money on spare parts and time on repairs. Nearly all the moving parts on my Walkera 76c helicopter have been replaced!
After my latest round of repairs, I decided today (October long weekend) would be a good day for a test flight.
By test flight I mean try to get the thing to hover somewhat stably. Easier said than done.
However, I also was motivated enough to film the event for posterity, and YouTube. Link is:
