Bits of a blog

I didn't know you were starting a new role.

Is it simply a chance of title or is there something more substantive in it? Did they give you more of the folding green stuff? How is it going and are the people you are meant to be assisting still intellectually challenged in fundamental ways?

Now, this is a title change only at this stage, but coupled with an entire organisation restructure, it may mean a different role. There are vague rumours of pay levelling, but they are doubtful. In any case, the search will continue.
